How We Came To Be...

The Guardians of the ‘70s, or Got70s, for short, came about in response to a cosmic outcry from the people of Earth: What happened to great music? Earthlings had an oh-so-brief encounter with the best music ever, when ‘70s Power Pop was used as an integral story line in Marvel Comics’ Guardians of the Galaxy movie franchise, but sound tracks are fleeting. The people needed real live musicians. The actual Guardians of the Galaxy sent out their most trusted friends: Yondon’t, S’Mora, Guitar Lord, and The Corrector on a mission. Use the Infinity Stone to travel back to the ‘70s, recruit (some Negative Nellies referred to it as abduction... the very idea) the best musicians of the era, and then return to the present to give what Earth deserved: The FUN music of the ‘70s.
